GES OPENS RECRUITMENT PORTAL FOR BACHELOR OF EDUCATION

 The Ghana Education Service (GES) has launched its recruitment portal (https://gespromotions.gov.gh) to recruit Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) university graduates in the country to become a part of its dynamic educational community.


According to the Ghana Education Service, the recruitment is open to individuals who possess a Bachelor of Education certificate, providing them with the opportunity to contribute to professional development and their dedication to nation-building.

The management of the Ghana Education Service announced in a social media post that was viewed by Pretertiary.com that applications from B.Ed. university graduates would be accepted online through the GES recruitment portal from September 3rd to September 10th, 2024.

Objective of the Position

To enable learning through the utilization of 21st-century technology.
Continuously improve learners’ abilities to research using modern technologies.
Teach learners who are extremely motivated, ensuring that they are able to achieve exceptional academic results by accommodating a variety of learning abilities.
Participate in ongoing professional development sessions to remain informed about contemporary educational trends.
Employ a diverse array of assessment instruments to accurately assess the competencies of learners.
Manage any additional obligations that have been assigned by their respective Head of Institution.
Needs

A Bachelor’s degree in Education.

License from the National Teaching Council (NTC).
National Service Certificate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
Readiness to work wherever their services are required.
Application Details
All registrants are required to submit the following documents during the application process:

Degree Certificate.
National Service Certificate (NSS).
NTC Licensure Number.
Ghana Card.
A passport-sized photograph.
The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) university graduates recruitment comes after the Director-General of the Ghana Education Service, Dr Eric Nkansah said his outfit will consider tertiary graduates for recruitment before the end of this year.

“We are pressing for financial clearance for university degree holders and diplomates. when we get there, we will follow the same process,” the GES Director-General said in reply to a social media comment sighted by Pretertiary.com
